Cedar Ridge Baseball Booster Club Photography/Video Release
The booster club uses players images and videos with parent’s permission on our social media, our website and our programs and we’d like to include your player’s images/videos for the 2023 season. Here are a few examples of how we use the images/videos: (Rosters, Player Bio, Senior Gameday Program)
In order for us to use your players images/videos, you will need to complete the release below.

I, the undersigned, hereby consent to the use by Cedar Ridge Baseball Booster Club (CRBBC), and those acting with permission and authority of CRBBC, of all photographs, videotape, or other images or recordings that CRBBC has taken of me or in which I may be included, for all purposes, in any and all media including the Internet, without limitation, including promotion, solicitation, advertising or trade.
I am fully aware that my likeness may appear in materials available to students, parents, faculty or staff of CRBBC, and individuals outside of the CRBBC community.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or other content, including advertising copy or printed matter, in which they may be used.
I understand that any distribution of the images will be fully compliant with CRBBC policies, statements and values. I release CRBBC and those acting under their authority from any liability related to the alteration, intentional or otherwise, that may occur in connection with the processing, editing, transmission, display or publication of the images, and understand that images may be cropped or altered for purposes of illustration.
I understand that all images in which I participate, including film, photographic prints, digital files or video are the exclusive property of CRBBC and I grant to CRBBC the unrestricted right to copyright, publish and republish the images.

Using the Stack Team app for booster communications
The Booster Club is using Stack Team app as our primary communication tool to booster members. This free app allows us to provide “push” communications and chats to the entire member group and sub-groups and will help us manage timely notifications like booster meeting changes, game updates, etc.
To begin, you will need to follow these steps:

Exciting news for our booster club members…we just received our first shipment of new 2023 fan gear! We will deliver all purchased items to the next booster club meetings.
Volunteers Needed: CRHS Baseball Homecoming Parade

The Homecoming Parade will be October 5th. Please sign up below and help out where you can. You can drop off donated items at Ingrid Fletcher’s house (by the garage). Athletic Physicals
Parents,
You need to log on to the RRISD website to complete the following forms for your child to participate in athletics:
- UIL Steroid Form
- UIL Cardiac Awareness Form
- UIL Acknowledgement of Rules Form
- UIL Concussion Form
- RRISD Extracurricular Code of Conduct Form (RRISD ExCC)
- RRISD Illegal and Controlled Substance Abuse Form (RRISD I & CS)
- RRISD Parent Consent
Once you go to the website, www.roundrockisd.org
- Click on Departments
- Then Click on Athletics
- To the TOP Left you will see “On Line Forms”
- Click on On-Line Forms hyperlink – roundrockisd.rankonesport.com (no www. or http: )
Once you are at this site, follow the directions to complete the forms. You must also complete the Pre-participation Medical History form and have a Pre-participation Physical Exam by your doctor. These must be turned into the Athletic Trainers at the high school. Once you have completed the online forms, Medical history, Physical Exam by your doctor and turned them in to the Athletic Trainers then your child will be eligible to participate in athletics (this includes practices during, before after school, and off-season workouts).

Booster Memberships
Hello Booster Supporters, it’s time to sign up and/or renew your booster memberships. The term of our memberships run with our fiscal year and they will begin on July 1 and end on June 30 each year.
Membership in the Baseball Booster Club shall be open to all parents and students attending Cedar Ridge High School, faculty, coaches and staff of Cedar Ridge High School who desire to support Cedar Ridge High School baseball. Community members, extended family members and businesses who desire to support the Baseball Booster Club may also become a member of the Baseball Booster Club. All members shall be required to abide by the bylaws of the Baseball Booster Club, RRISD Booster Club guidelines and UIL guidelines.
